Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Deposits Deposit: A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your slot and will be applied toward your final bill. Confirmation: Appointments are official once the deposit is paid and a confirmation notice is sent. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 12-Hour Notice: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling: With 12+ hours' notice, your deposit transfers to a new date within 30 days. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Changes made under 12 hours, or failure to grant access to the vehicle upon arrival, result in deposit forfeiture. Rebooking requires a new deposit. 3. Weather Policy Severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, extreme cold/heat) can affect service quality and safety. We reserve the right to reschedule due to hazardous weather. If CXL Detailing LLC reschedules, your deposit transfers to the new date. If no date works, your deposit will be fully refunded. 4. Location & Utilities Space: You must provide a safe, legal parking spot (driveway, private lot, or open space) with room to work around the vehicle. No street detailing on busy public roadways or prohibited properties. Utilities: We carry our own water and power supply. If needed, access to a standard outlet and water spigot within 50 feet may be requested. 5. Vehicle Preparation Belongings: Clear all personal items, valuables, trash, and child car seats before our arrival. Liability: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle. 6. Additional Condition Fees Standard pricing covers normal wear and tear. Extra fees apply for severe conditions requiring added time or specialized tools, such as: Heavy pet hair, mud, biohazards, or mold Deep carpet extraction for excessive stains or severe odors We inspect the vehicle upon arrival and will clear any extra charges with you before work begins. 7. Inspection & Satisfaction Walk-Around: Please complete a final walk-around with our technician after service to confirm your satisfaction. Issues: Report any concerns during the walk-around or within 24 hours of completion so we can address them promptly. 8. CXL Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate service to anyone at any time for reasons. If service is refused or canceled on site due to unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or failure to prepare the vehicle as outlined in our guidelines, the deposit will be forfeited to cover time and travel costs.
